We don’t often have regular potatoes or mashed potatoes. They’re just to high in carbs and tend to have a fairly high glycemic load. So, we have cauliflower mash instead. It is seriously delicious and so easy.
Why don’t you give it a try?!
Thanks to Fast Paleo for this recipe!

Hi Tarryn,
I thought we are to cut butter out of our diet? Is there a non dairy butter you use? Thanks!
Tarryn will you be posting more recipes like this or can you make a post on how to choose fast food restaurants or other restaurants when you are on the go? I am an ova-lacto vegetarian and was diagnosed with PCOS two weeks ago. Currently I am going to cut dairy products for now on to help with PCOS which will then lead me to become vegan. I would be interested to see if you can post about choosing how to eat when you go out with friends.
Hi Violet,
Thanks for the comment. I’ll try to do an article on that ASAP.
Keep well,
Tarryn

Hi Anusha,
I’m sorry that you’re struggling to fall pregnant. You need to make sure that you’re following a good PCOS diet and exercising regularly. Supplements like Inositol, Omega 3, magnesium, Vitamin D are also helpful for managing PCOS and improving your fertility. Doing these things will give your body the best chance of falling pregnant. I’d also go back to your doctor and ask for more help.
Hope you get your amazing baby news soon!
