Since launching PCOS Diet Support, I have been asked by so many women to provide a structured approach on how to manage their PCOS. Many of us are confused about what to eat and what we should be avoiding to improve our symptoms and we get caught up in day-to-day busyness, with little time for ourselves, let alone time to put together PCOS friendly meals and meal plans.
WHERE TO START?
I really believe that it is possible to manage your PCOS through diet and lifestyle and it’s important that we take charge of our PCOS now to regain our femininity and be all that we were designed to be as women. My mission is to help as many women with PCOS as I can and I firmly believe that diet is crucial to managing your PCOS symptoms. Keeping this site going is hard work but the reward is in the daily comments I get from women from all over the world. To know I’ve made just a little difference encourages me so much.
